One month into my cut and the progress is speaking for itself! 💪🏽💕 I’m not chasing skinny. I’m chasing lean, curvy, fit, and HEALTHY! I want to keep my curves, build muscle, and feel good in the skin I’m in. We’re just getting started! 🔥 Comment “READY” if you’re ready to start your fitness journey with me! 💕 #girlswholift #fitness #personaltrainer #workoutmotivation #fatloss

High-protein meal prep doesn’t have to be boring! 🤤🧀 Switched things up this week with homemade turkey lasagna! I used lean ground turkey instead of beef or pork for a protein-packed meal. Meal prepping makes it so much easier to stay consistent with my fitness goals while still enjoying good food! 🤌🏽 💬 Comment “MEAL PREP” for the recipe! #highproteinmeals #mealprepideas #lasagna #fitnessmeal #healthyeating

1 month into my 6-month cut 🥹🤎 I’m already starting to notice little changes, and it honestly feels good seeing my hard work pay off. Still have 5 months to go, but I’m proud of where I am so far. Just taking it one day at a time and enjoying the process. #fitness #bodyrecomposition #fatloss #caloricdeficit #weightlifting

A little Pilates progress 🥹🤍 I honestly didn’t expect Pilates to change my body this much. My stomach feels stronger, looks more toned, and I just feel better in my body overall. #transformation #pilates #gymgirls #coreworkout #fitness

Adding Pilates into my weight training routine has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I still love lifting heavy but Pilates has helped me focus more on my core strength, stability, flexibility, and overall body control. As I age I’m focused on mobility and not just lifting heavy. #pilates #coreworkout #weightlifting #strengthtraining #fitnessjourney
