𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴’𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 If you’re in Fredericksburg, you’ve got to stop by 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁, where they serve pancakes as large as a pizza pan! These beasts can feed an army—well, maybe not an entire army, but easily 4-5 people. This pancake isn’t listed on their regular menu, so you’ll have to ask for it. 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 is a small, family-owned business that serves home-style food. It’s like an old-school neighborhood diner, and when we stopped by, it was full of locals enjoying breakfast. It’s right across the street from the Fredericksburg Battlefield and National Cemetery, and just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The place was packed when we visited, and you never know who you might run into! The artist behind all the artwork on the walls, John Edwards, was sitting at the table right behind us. His prints are for sale. They also offer a Pancake of the Week and weekly lunch specials. 📍 1018 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 🕒 Mon-Sun: 7 AM - 2 PM | Fri-Sun: 4 - 7:45 PM Dine-in, outdoor seating, and in-store pickup are available. 💡 Pro Tip: Bring cash for the tip— they don’t add tips to credit card receipts.
