Celebrating National Handloom Day! On the occasion of National Handloom Day, Ms. Ashwini represented Tamahar Trust at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield, sharing the rich heritage of Indian handlooms and showcasing products handcrafted by our trainees. At Tamahar, handloom fabrics are thoughtfully used by our Pre-Vocational & Sheltered Workshop (PVSW) and Skill Development Programme (SDP) trainees to create beautiful, handcrafted products that promote skill development and meaningful livelihoods. Volunteer Engagement with Toast A little creativity. A lot of smiles. Together with the Toast team, 60 volunteers transformed 54 clay pots into colourful desk planters, each one as unique as the person who painted it.
