lots of questions about my post training meal - here it is/ approx 36oz water ice 10-15g creatine 1 cup frozen blueberries stevia 120g of carbs jasmine rice 70g of protein powder (this is a prototype protein I’m researching for my new supplement line I’m developing for ‘27 or ‘28 - want to take my time with this and do it the right way) I’ll eat a real food meal 2-3 hours later, pending my work schedule. Taking in roughly 4,000 calories per day. Holding conditioning and lean quality tissue very nicely with these macros. If I’m not sharp with my macros, at 6’4, I can easily start to look stringy and that ain’t cute look 😂 Current weight 236lbs. Best I’ve ever felt. Have a productive week and keep doing the thing 🗡️ 🛡️

Praise or criticism - stay neutral. Embrace both. No one can break what they didn’t build. You built it. It’s yours. And over the years, I’ve learned there’s a big difference between critics and cynics. Critics always want to love something. Cynics want to destroy it. Critics don’t love hating something you’ve built. Cynics find joy in trying to break what you’ve built. Embrace your critics. There’s value there. Either way, when you succeed at something - it’s always a team effort and everyone celebrates. When you fail, take it on the chin and own it. All of it. Especially if you’re in a leadership position. “Any advice for somebody who wants to become famous?” yup, GREAT question 👊🏾 I meet and talk with all ages, colors, cultures of people around the world and a version of this fame question always comes up - especially in the social media influencer space from my Millenni’s, Gen Z’ers and Gen Alphas 🥂🫱🏾‍🫲🏼 Should you chase fame? 💯 go for it and have fun along the way. But here’s the ‘caveat emptor’ (buyer beware) about fame - fame by itself is fleeting. Has no backbone, no quality and eventually that flame will burn out. We’ve all seen it a million times - people who get “famous” today, and tomorrow they’re gone. Instead of making fame your only priority, try shifting it to making greatness your priority too! Becoming masterful at your craft. It’s gonna take years (even decades) of hard work. And who knows, maybe your mastery will eventually lead to “holy shit this global fame is straight up f#%king bananas” 🍌🤣 And that’s great. or — maybe it won’t. And that’s great too. Either way, your discipline for achieving greatness and always delivering a quality are the things that endure and that people will always connect with ~ for a lifetime. If it’s in the past, leave it there. To receive, you must release. The past no longer exists. Own it completely, learn from it and move on. Wins or losses. What’s more valuable? The wins are f*cking amazing and at the end of the day, we always play to win. But no one wins all the time, and my losses and failures have proven to be more valuable than any win. Failing to make it to the NFL, failing at pro wrestling (my rookie year), divorce, and how that affects trying to be a good father to a 5yr old little girl. The list goes one. When we win at something, everyone sees it. It’s joy and everyone celebrates - as WE SHOULD, because we worked hard for it. But the losses and failures are quiet, and where we learn the invaluable super power of ENDURANCE. Get knocked down. Get back up.
